To address the widening gap between education and skills for work, Project AKAJ is a leadership development and career aptitude training. The training is followed by 3 2-3 months of job shadowing and traineeship with the assigned host organization and companies of Nepal.
Ideathon 2.0 is a two months of virtual program designed to support youth to gain rapid insight into the global issues, address the injustices and receive intensive mentorship to support their project. The program intends to work with young people aged 13 to 25 years old from Nepal that includes a proposal development training, followed by mentorship with their preferred SDG mentors. At the final stage, participants will have the opportunity to pitch their idea in order to receive funding for their projects.
